Cole & Mason has debuted several new products designed to spice up your kitchen and help with food preparation.
The new Saunderton spice storage and shaker offers a stainless steel finish that offsets an acrylic body displaying your favorite ingredients. This space-saving solution is designed to help organize spice cupboards as each dispenser can hold five standard-sized herb or spice jars.
To use, simply select one of the five chambers, turn to pour or sprinkle, and dispense straight into what you’re cooking. The Saunderton is ideal for herbs and ground spices plus a wide variety of other dry powders and sundries; from cake sprinkles to ground coffee to salts and sugars. Retail price is $21.99.
Cole & Mason’s Stadhampton chili & spice mill is equipped with an innovative shredding functionality that takes the sting out of chopping chilis and the grind out of prepping leaf and stem spices.
The mill has ultra-sharp internal blades to break ingredients down to size before sending them through an oversized ceramic grinder. Simple to use: just pop open the top to drop your ingredients in. The adjustable grind setting gives precise and consistent grinds. When finished, simply remove the mechanism for easy cleaning between ingredients.
With a sleek, contemporary look, the Stadhampton mill is crafted from transparent acrylic and brushed stainless steel embellished with the Cole & Mason brand stamp. Retail price is $34.99.
Cole & Mason is also offering its Berden acacia carving board and Barkway acacia chopping boards.
Berden is equipped with extra-large size handles to help transport the largest cuts of meat and poultry. A series of carved draining grooves help to collect juices in a dedicated well, and the pouring channel can be used to tip them away cleanly. The reverse side of the Berden is smooth to double up as a chopping board or serving platter.
The new Barkway acacia chopping boards are available in 2 sizes. Made from chunky (1-inch thick) acacia wood and finished with food-safe oil the boards have a cutting area on each side and a handle with a hanging hole to give you options for storage. The Cole & Mason logo is heat-stamped into the bottom of the board.
As one of the world’s fastest-growing exotic hardwoods, Acacia is the smart, sustainable choice for food prep, giving a robust, long-wearing chopping surface. Supremely durable, the wood is rich in natural oils to help it stay strong over time, while its natural irregular grain gives it a glowing beauty. Each board in the range is made from wood that has been responsibly sourced. Once prep is over, the boards can be used to serve.
The Berden carving board is priced at $59.99. The Barkway chopping boards are priced at $24.99 and $34.99.
