Fans of Ayesha Curry will soon have several new collections of kitchenware products from which to choose.
The cookbook author, chef and wife of NBA superstar Stephen Curry will expand her line with the launch of new cookware, cast iron, bakeware, kitchen tools and pantryware. This expansion builds on Curry’s assortment that she launched with kitchenware supplier Meyer Corporation a few years back.
“I’m really excited about the new designs and refreshed Bay Area-inspired color palette of my new kitchen products, and hope that they help spark interest in spending more time making delicious meals,” said Curry. “From the very beginning, my goal in creating my kitchenware line has been to encourage the habit of gathering at the dinner table, which is so important for strengthening relationships with friends and family, and providing kids with the best foundation to learn, grow, and be healthy.”
Among the new items is a line of hard-anodized nonstick cookware made from heavy-gauge aluminum. The new collection features a three-coat PFOA-free nonstick surface and sleek stainless steel and silicone handles.
Curry’s cast iron collection expands to include colorful enameled items and pre-seasoned cookware.
The enameled cast iron assortment, offered in new hues redwood and anchor, includes a 12-inch skillet and a 6 qt. Dutch oven with lid. The pre-seasoned cast iron includes a 12-inch square grill pan and a 12-inch skillet. All skillets feature durable cast iron handles, including a side helper handle for easier lifting, and two pouring spouts.
Curry’s new nonstick bakeware is made from heavy-duty steel with a textured interior surface said to promote even baking and browning. Designed in copper, the bakeware is offered in a 5-piece set and a 7-piece set.
New kitchen tools and pantryware are made from parawood and stainless steel. New kitchen tools include a 4-piece toolset in redwood and anchor, a 6-piece toolset in redwood and charcoal and 3-piece locking tongs set in redwood and anchor.
The new pantryware assortment includes two products made of parawood, such as the 18 x 22-inch reversible pie board with a guide and rolling pin. The large board makes it easy to roll out dough to the exact circle called for in the recipe, and four different pin guides on the 14-inch rolling pin similarly guide bakers to roll out dough to the exact thickness specified.
