Eat Better, Feel Better will be available on March 16. At 272 pages, DeLaurentiis’ latest offering includes more than 100 recipes for healthy meals, along with a 21-day meal plan and a 3-day reboot.
She also shares her secrets for maintaining healthy eating with a broad selection of recipes, nutritional tips and menu planning.
Recipe highlights include Quinoa Pancakes, Sheet Pan Parmesan Shrimp & Veggies and Roasted Cauliflower & Baby Kale Salad.
The event kicks off at 8 p.m Eastern Time. The fee of $32.50 includes a signed copy of Eat Better, Feel Better and a ticket to the event. (There is a limited quantity of signed cookbooks.)
