In time for the warmer months and outdoor cooking, Ergo Chef is offering new items designed to help with meal prep outside the kitchen.

The digital quick read thermometer is equipped with a 2-inch back-light display for easy reading and it reads a temperature in two to three seconds. It offers a temperature range from 58° Fahrenheit to a balmy 572° Fahrenheit.

Featuring a waterproof design the auto on/off feature makes it easy to use with no additional buttons. Just open the stainless steel pen probe and take a reading. The auto shut-off feature engages after three minutes to help save battery life.

Other features include a magnetic back that allows for placement on your cool grill, refrigerator and oven when not in use. The easy-to-handle ergonomic design of the digital thermometer features a TPR non-slip grip, allowing for greater control even when your hands are slippery.

Also new is the Crimson Series G10 7.5-inch flexible fillet knife that features a polished high carbon German X50 steel blade with a razor edge for easy filleting.

The comfort design G10 handle has a full tang and triple rivet design for durability and dexterity. The flexible swept tip blade will easily follow bones and fish scales for easy filleting.

Additionally, Ergo Chef said its back-ordered Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich 8-inch chef knife is now shipping.

Made with high carbon steel and ground to a razor-sharp edge, the new Pakka Wood handle is crafted from quality materials and hand-finished.
