Included in the line is the 8-inch chef knife that features the company’s new handle and blade design that allows for precision cutting. The blade is crafted from high carbon steel with a razor edge ground in tandem to be heat treated at 57-58 HRC to allow for long-lasting durability and maintaining optimum sharpness.
The Pro Series 4-inch paring knife features a hollow ground blade along with a new handle design. The blade is crafted from high carbon steel and precision ground to a razor edge while being heat-treated to 57-58 HRC for long durable edge life. The knife has an ergonomic Pakka wood handle with a full tang and end butt for a comfortable fit in hand for precise control.
Also new is the 4-piece steakhouse knife set. Featuring an ergonomic Pakka wood handle, the knives are equipped with a full tang blade and triple rivet construction that makes them durable. The blade is crafted from high carbon steel that provides an edge guaranteed not to wear down quickly or chip easily while. A unique finger notch at the top of the knife blade offers a more enjoyable slicing experience.
