Marshalls may be best known for its assortment of apparel, but the off-price retailer turned to a popular celebrity chef to kick off its “Share WOW, Get WOW” promotion.
Giada De Laurentiis recently hosted a virtual cooking class with a Marshalls’ shopper who was provided with a large box of kitchenware products that were used to cook with the Food Network star. The shopper was chosen after she posted to Instagram cooking product that she purchased in-store.
“There’s something special about discovering something that excites you, whether that’s in the kitchen, in a store, or in everyday life,” said De Laurentiis. “Marshalls is a store that’s all about discovery, so I loved helping them turn one shopper’s find into an even bigger wow moment.”
The retailer is now giving shoppers the opportunity to take their shopping experience to the next level. For a limited time, shoppers who share their finds on Instagram with both the #MarshallsWOW and #contest hashtags will be entered for a chance to turn their brag-worthy find into a real-life wow experience.
