The Kenmore brand for generations has been a fixture in kitchens across America in the world of major appliances
Now, the brand’s legacy continues with a new line of cookware from kitchenware supplier Gibson. New items available under the Kenmore brand include the Grayson black aluminum stackable set and the 12-inch Luke wok.
Grayson features a non-stick forged aluminum body that is said to provide optimal heat distribution. Riveted soft-touch handles ensure a cool, comfortable grip. The induction-ready base on each piece is safe to use on all stovetops.
“Many maturing Millennial consumers still live in urban homes where a traditional cookware set like their parents had might not be practical,” said Alex Wittner, Gibson’s senior vice president of housewares business development. “But the Kenmore brand has been trusted for generations and the stackable Grayson set is an example to our industry on how we can meet the needs of this new consumer.”
The Luke wok has an interlocking ring pattern that creates a non-stick cooking surface. Its premium tri-ply stainless steel construction has a base-to-rim aluminum core that heats and cooks evenly. And its double-riveted handles provide balance and control.
“Whenever we do a wok, it always sells,” said David Nicklin, Gibson’s senior vice president of marketing, “it’s no secret that the consumer loves the versatility and functionality of this cookware, but the trick is standing out from the rest.”
