A rainbow of color has long been the hallmark of Le Creuset’s assortment of cookware and bakeware.
But the company is giving consumers an eye-catching alternative with its new non-stick stainless steel saucier pan and new 12-piece stainless steel set.
Priced at $275, the new saucier has a contoured profile, sloping sides and a rounded bottom that is said to facilitate stirring and whisking. The triple-reinforced PFOA-free nonstick interior ensures easy food release.
In addition, the triple-layer stainless steel construction features a full base-to-rim aluminum core said to offer superior heat distribution. The lightweight titanium-infused stainless steel exterior resists scorching and corrosion at higher temperatures.
The saucier’s three-ring lid is designed with built-in steam vents and a dripless pouring rim is said to prevent spills and ease cleanup.
Compatible with all cooktops and oven-safe up to 500° Fahrenheit, the saucier is safe for use in the dishwasher and safe for use with metal utensils.
