    Made In is expanding its cutlery assortment with the launch of its new boning knife that is available for a limited time only.

    Offering a flexible blade that allows the home chef to work around bones and joints for precise cuts, the knife is equipped with an extra sharp point that provides added control. 

    The boning knife can be used for a variety of jobs including trimming the fat from brisket, deboning chicken and carving fruit, to name a few.


    The limited-edition handle is forest green micarta, said to be a strong resin and fabric composite. Similar to other Made In knives, the boning knife is full tang, fully forged and made by fifth-generation bladesmiths in the heart of France.

    Weighing in at 6 ounces, the blade measures 6.5 inches in length with a total length of 11.5 inches. It is priced at $149.
