Meyer Launches AnolonX Non-Stick Cookware

    Meyer Corporation has expanded its cookware assortment with the debut of its AnolonX collection. This new line is currently available exclusively at Williams Sonoma and

    According to the company, the new cookware is designed to help home cooks overcoming a common problem with non-stick pans; keeping cooking oil from sliding to the sides of the pan, which compromises searing and browning results. 

    AnolonX solves this problem with its exclusive SearTech surface, a uniquely constructed base with a stainless steel mesh engineered to keep oil in the middle of the pan and directly under the food. This allows for even heating to caramelize and sear better.


    The SearTech surface, which resembles a diamond-patterned wire mesh, is fused with Anolon’s signature, triple-layer and PFOA-free premium nonstick. The collection’s, heavy-gauge construction includes a thick, edge-to-edge stainless steel base and a durable nonstick that makes the cooking surface metal utensil safe. 

    Extra-thick rims protect against wear and tear from metal kitchen utensils, flat rivets make the cookware easier to clean, nest and store, and tempered glass lids with reinforced metal rims allow cooks to easily monitor cooking without lifting lids. 

    Metal handles on all pans are crafted for comfort, balance and control, and the cookware is dishwasher safe, suitable for all cooktops, including induction, and oven safe to 500° Fahrenheit.
