Ninja will soon launch several new products for the home chef, which includes the brand’s first foray into cookware.
While details at the moment are slim, the company offered a tease on its website of six new items that will be “coming soon” and sold under its Ninja Foodi brand.
Most notable is the new cookware, with its trademarked NeverStick moniker. According to the promotional piece posted online, the new cookware will never stick, chip or flake. Unknown at this time is pricing on the cookware and if the products will be sold as sets, open stock or some configuration of both.
Ninja did not respond to an email from Kitchenware Today seeking additional information.
What is clear is that Ninja is about to step into a crowded product category that in recent years has largely struggled to entice consumers to upgrade their current cookware with new products on the market.
Beyond the cookware, the kitchenware supplier also previewed five additions to its assortment of countertop kitchen electrics all sold under the Ninja Foodi brand:
- Pro Pressure Cooker offering pressure cooking, air frying and sous vide
- Smart XL Grill
- 2-Basket Air Fryer, which the company says is the first air fryer with independent cooking baskets
- XL Pro Air Oven that offers 2-level cooking with True Surround Convection Technology
- Power Pitcher System blender that crushes, food processes, makes smoothie bowls and dough.
Ninja did not offer specifics on pricing or when and where the new items will be available for sale to consumers.
