The stackable 4-piece set features three pieces of cast-iron cookware plus a single lid that fits all cookware.
The cookware supplier’s Dutch oven has tapered sides that are perfect for preparing soups and stews, as well as French classics like coq au vin. Ideal for casseroles and baked pasta, the braiser has rounded sides that also make it the quintessential risotto pan. The grill pan boasts raised ridges that create appetizing sear marks on food and elevate it above drippings.
Additionally, the universal lid has interior spikes that funnel juices back down on food for moist, tender results.
The collection’s heavyweight enameled cast iron is said to transfer and retain heat evenly. A specially formulated interior enamel contains traces of quartz, providing heat resistance and a rough surface that results in superior browning. The durable, nonreactive interior requires no seasoning and is easy to clean.
Offered in grenadine or sapphire, the multicoat enameling creates a glossy, vibrantly colored majolique finish that resembles fine ceramics.
