Sur La Table Cooking Classes

Sur La Table is taking its consumer-focused cooking education program to the next level with the launch of its Online Culinary Institute.

Each of the six sourced is priced at $299 and approved by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF) and includes 55 hours of instruction design to help attendees master foundational culinary skills.

Offering hands-on learning with guidance from a chef that includes a live chat option, feedback will be given on each dish created. 

The six classes being offered by Sur La Table include Professional Cooking Fundamentals; Foundations of Cuisine; Cooking Methods; Cooking Meat, Fish, Poultry & Plant-Based Proteins; Culinary Nutrition & Wellness; and Basics of Baking & Pastry.

The classes can be purchased individually or as a group of six for $1,500. 

Additionally, three classes that are shorter in length are also offered. They include Knife Skills Boot Camp for $49, A Plant-Based Celebration for $79 and Cooking On A Budget for $49.
