The Trisha Yearwood Gwendolyn collection includes a broad selection of tableware including dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, mugs, serving bowl, a platter, charger and cake stand.
When Yearwood was a child, her mother was a teacher and moonlighted as a wedding planner and cake decorator. She sketched intricate icing designs for the cakes she created. After her mother passed, Yearwood and her sister, Beth Bernard, found the drawings, which were used to create the unique design elements seen on the dinnerware.
Made in Portugal of embossed glazed stoneware with a hand-painted patina, each piece is stamped with a copy of Gwendolyn’s signature.
The plates, blows and mugs each are sold in a set of four. The additional pieces including the serving bowl, platter, charger and cake stand are sold separately.
In the video below, Yearwood and her sister discuss the new dinnerware collection.
