The Geoffrey Zakarian kitchenware collection continues to grow with the debut of the 23-liter Air Fryer Oven with Aircrisp Technology, which is available at QVC.
With an everyday price of $170, the home shopping retailer offered the unit the first week of January at the sale price of $154.98.
The new countertop oven allows the home cook to make a variety of food via air frying including chicken wings, hamburgers and whole rotisserie chickens. The unit is also large enough to accommodate a 12-inch pizza.
Featuring dial controls, the oven offers several cook setting including air fry, broil, bake, toast and warm, while temperature settings go as high as 450° Fahrenheit.
Offered with a drip tray, baking pan, oven rack and recipe booklet, the air fryer oven carries a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
The new oven from the Food Network Star and Iron Chef is the latest addition to what has become a robust collection of cooking products carrying the Zakarian brand. A review of QVC.com revealed more than 70 products from the chef. These include cookware, bakeware, kitchen gadgets and a host of consumables such as cooking oils, wine and spices.
Additionally, the Zakarian air fryer oven taps into a continuing trend of kitchen electrics suppliers meshing air fry technology with the traditional countertop oven, commonly known as a toaster oven. The new units, which have been seen in recent years from several kitchenware suppliers, provide consumers with the convenience of having a single countertop unit that is multi-functional.
