Zwilling continues to expand its cookware assortment with the addition of its Vitale non-stick collection.
Touted as combining Italian design with German engineering, the cookware features 3-layer Granitium non-stick coasting constructed with ceramic particles and reinforced with hardening speckles for increased scratch and wear resistance.
Combined with a fast-heating thick aluminum body, Vitale offers high heat retention and distribution for even cooking. The cookware is safe for use with metal utensils and can be used on a variety of cooktops including gas, ceramic, electric, and halogen.

Oven-safe up to 500° Fahrenheit, the Zwilling collection’s 10-piece set is priced at $549.99 and includes a host of sizes designed for various jobs. The set includes 8-inch and 10-inch fry pans, 1-quart and 2-quart saucepans with lids, 3-quart sauté pan with lid, and 6-quart Dutch oven with lid. Several pieces are also available open-stock.
